Pricing
OhioMade pricing is built around real operational access: businesses, people, realms, subscriptions, entitlements, and usage. No fake “unlimited everything” promises.
Each product is a realm or infrastructure service connected to Identity v2. Billing can follow the business, the person, the subscription, or the active service.

How billing works
Identity v2 tracks the active business, user identity, realm access, subscription ownership, and entitlement state.
That means OhioMade can bill and enforce access differently depending on whether a service belongs to a business or to a person.
- Business-owned services: paid by the business and scoped to that business
- Person-owned services: paid by the individual and attached to their OhioMade identity
- Realm subscriptions: activate apps like Payroll, Workforce, ScanFlow, Reports, or Community
- Infrastructure subscriptions: activate services like VPN, Webmail, Host, or Display
- Entitlements: determine whether access is allowed and how many devices, seats, or modules are available
Stripe-ready services
OhioMade VPN is the first live infrastructure service connected to the commercial layer. It supports Stripe checkout direction, subscription state, billing ownership, entitlement checks, and device limits.
This proves the OhioMade model: a service can be personal, business-owned, subscription-controlled, auditable, and operationally enforced from the same Identity v2 platform.
Simple rule
You should always know what you are paying for: which business, which person, which realm, which service, how many seats or devices, and what access is active.
